2021 Calendar: The Best of The Past 12 Years
Meet my new 2021 calendar: The Best of the Seated View!
October is one of my favourite times of the year and it has nothing to do with the seasons — I am a fervent spring and summer fan. But October is the month where I spent several days looking through all the photographs of the past almost-year, carefully picking the best of the bunch for my annual calendar. I have a strict rule: only photos from the past twelve months can be considered for inclusion. But when a global pandemic keeps you inside for much of the year, how do you create a calendar when you have very few photographs?
You create a calendar containing nothing but The Best of The Seated View! And this is where it got even better in purely by accident. I started making calendars in 2008, which meant that I had 12 years’ worth of my best photos. And the plan burst into being in one quick moment. I’d chose my favourite from each of the previous calendars to include in the new one.
In a year where so much has been so hard, creating this calendar for you has given me a lot of joy. I buy a few every year to give as gifts and can attest to their excellent quality — and I’ve make sure it’s available in a number of sizes.
At its core, a calendar is a way to keep track things. But when you choose a unique calendar, it becomes a way of making every day a bit special. If you’re giving it away, the recipient will think of you when they look at that month’s photograph. If you’re keeping it for yourself, it’s a two make your everyday a bit special with new declaration for your wall every month.
But it’s not just about the calendar. I have also added some new products to the Chronic Christmas collection, which includes holiday cards, mugs, ornaments — the iconic bunny slippers — blankets, and notebook, and so much more. Of course, there are also other things in my shop, but why not go check them out yourself?
Thank you so much for your support!
