4 Techniques to Quit Smoking for Good

I quit in the mid-1980's and I liked smoking. It was difficult to go cold turkey but I did it. Except, when I would go to an airport (any airport) I had this insane desire to smoke. That lasted until at least 2010. I have no idea why; since I only smoked for on and off for about 3 years. I was fortunate to not restart, but darn airports were difficult.
